Return / Refund Policy

In compliance with Texas state law, the pharmacy cannot accept returns of prescription drugs or redistribute them for another person’s prescription. All medication orders are final sale, even if side effects occur, as they cannot be predicted. Users are educated on possible side effects in-person, via our website, and are also listed in the FAQ section of your post-consultation email. Please review these thoroughly before initiating any medication.

Our office accepts only accepts returns of Hair + Scalp Therapy products (excluding YAKER Hair Fibers and prescription medication) for a full refund if the product remains sealed. Each return/refund case is evaluated individually, and outcomes may vary depending on the circumstances.
